The first villa in the Adnana Residence development.

Andana Residence is the first development in Romania which implements the use of alternative, non-conventional energy as well as being the first to use the concept of a passive house. The use of non-conventional energy has been realized by replacing conventional gas heating systems with heat pumps. These heat pumps extract the heat from either air , water or soil and use small amounts of electricity to keep the house generating heat and hot water all year round, as well as maintain the home cool in the summer months. Used in conjunction with solar water heaters the efficiency of the system will be at peak performance. As the house will not be connected to the gas pipe system they will be non-polluting and have a greatly reduced risk of fire.
Adnana Residence is situated in the North West area of Bucharest, vis-a-vis Media Pro filming studios, on a prime location with an opening to the navigable lake . Each of the villas will have architecture unique in Romania as the plans having been brought by QCM from reputable houses of architects from the USA.
