QCMs services are ISO 9001 accredited starting from October 10th, 2007. The Certificate for the management system according to EN ISO 9001 : 2000 has been awarded to Mr. Andrei Apetrei along a Special Diploma for the successful collaboration between the two parts. QCM sees in this certificate a chance to restate the quality standards on which the company relies on.
The event took place in the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in Bucharest, during the client’s day celebration organized by TÜV Karpat, the event integrating a number of speeches regarding the necessity of implementing high quality objectives.
TÜV Karpat is internationally recognised for its affiliation with TÜV Thuringen and the very serious criteria on which it selects its clients. For this reason and many others QCM considers TÜV Karpat to be a partner and a support in implementing a professional but relaxed business style, in which rules are a matter of principle and organizational culture for all players on any market.
Regarding the occasion Mister Andrei Apetrei, QCM’s Manager Director, stated: “This event has a special signification because the certificate comes to reassure us that professionalism consists in the perseverance and the amount of passion you put in what you do, in every single detail, so that the final product would be impeccable.”
The service and product quality accreditation of an organization is a determining factor for its collaborator and clients. For this reason implementing these international quality standards generates competitive advantages considering the small number of companies that realize the importance of ISO 9001 certifying.
